Mischief Managed

One simply siphons the excess thoughts from one's mind, pours them into the basin, and examines them at one's leisure. It becomes easier to spot patterns and links, you understand, when they are in this form.

Are You Building A Nest?

Today I started to dismantle my room because I decided that I had far too much stuff and it was boring me. Originally I was just going to clean it, but I’ve talked to my Dad and now we’re going to repaint it too! I’m quite excited to have a nice newly done room. It might take a while but I enjoy painting, cleaning and decorating (well, for now). I started by going through all my stuff and just throwing most of it out.

This photo doesn’t even show the full mess I created. There really was stuff everywhere. I had to move some of it into my sister’s room. Oops…

My bed is now out by the stairs and I have nothing to sleep on. Oops…

I threw out so much paper. I probably put about ten trees into the suitcase. Oops…

My room is still a bit of a shambles. Eventually I’ll just have the things I want, but then I’ll have to take all of that out anyway so I can start painting. It’s almost 12am and I really need to sort out some kind of sleeping arrangement for tonight. I’m too lazy to bring the mattress back in and make my bed. I might just take the couch. It’s really not good when a lazy person decides to take their room apart. I’ll continue the renovation tomorrow.
